I hired attorney Howard Feinmel from delta law firm, I paid over $1700.00 form my bank in direct deposit payment to the law firm. I’m living on social security and my retirement pension, and the money that I get from the VA from an injury I sustained.

My attorney Howard Feinmel promise to help me settle the problems I had with the credit card companies and said he will report them under the fair credit act because they were in violation after I competed my payments in 2013; things seemed to going alright for awhile he said that “he was working on my case, and that I was at the last stag,that it will take awhile.

I waited for five mouths when I called his number was changed without notifying me.

Consumer Action Taken:

t took sometime but I found a number that was associated with his law firm the Para legal I spoke to connected me with someone who told me that her name was Taylor, she said that she would call me back after she checked my file but never did, I tried calling back to no avail.
