By on December 3, 2013

“Dear Steve,

I have gotten myself into some serious financial problems. While I know that mine is not as bad as some I am behind on every bill and my car was repossessed last night. I am a single mother to 3 girls and I yes I do have a full time job. My husband passed away in 2003 so I do receive social security every month also.

I have a judgment filled against me to garnish my wages 25%. I have several check loans trying to fix the problem which has only made things worse. I m thinking about bankruptcy but I am not sure that I will even qualify. I am at a loss for how to even begin the fix this.

Please help me with any advice on how to fix my situation. I have made things worse by trying to fix things with check loans and now I am even deeper in the hole than before. I have made such a mess of everything…. Is there a way out of this?
