Consumer Statement:

Burlington Finanical Group, LLC ed my husband while he was recovering from serious health issues. We believe the people when they said they could help with debt reduction, just had to send them $496.64 each month. This was automatically deducted from our account. this was in July 2018. there have been no debt reductions. I became concerned when none of our calls or emails were answered.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have filed a complaint with the BBB here in Tyler, TX which they forwarded to the Maryland BBB. I have stopped payment on any automatic withdrawals. I have send by certificated and return receipt mail a cease and desist letter as well as a letter of Revocation of authorization for debts.
