Consumer Complaint: I received a voicemail from a XXXX XXXX with Wienberg stating the message is for XXXX XXXX last 4 of social XXXX. He is calling in regards to the complaint filed against my name and social and docket # XXXX. He did not give a company who filed this complaint. He gave me until the end of business day for me or my attorney to return is call or it will result in a court order issued at my place of employment or residence. His direct line is XXXX, ext XXXX. Thank you and good luck. I do not know who this Wienberg is and have not received anything in writing or any prior phone calls. While I do have debt, I have no idea if this is legit or not because this man won ; t give me any info or mail me anything in writing. Only threats. They called my previous place of employment leaving all the same info, my ex-husband who I have not spoken to i over 10 years and my aunt.
