Consumer Complaint: I was called once by the company. Told them I have no knowledge of this account and have never had service from the company. That same day the filed a collection account to XXXX credit bureau. I disputed it and it was removed the same day. He has called over 4 times that day when I answer they never talk and then hang up …? Then the next day my XXXX credit report says I have two collection accounts from the same company.this is being disputed now along with the XXXX. Now they are still calling 5 times a day but when I answer they just hang up. Also in Florida if I am disputing they are not aloud to call.
