Consumer Complaint: I previously filed complaint # XXXX against the Simon ‘s agency for collecting on a debt that they claimed was owed and I provided proof of payment. Their client, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX also confirmed that this was sent to collections in error. The Simon ‘s Agency fabricated the facts in their response to the CFPB, but stated that the file was not being sent to collections and was being handled. They just reported this to XXXX, which has caused my credit score to drop. I demand that they cease all collection activity and fix the damage that they have done.
Thank you for your help in making this matter right!
