Consumer Complaint: Since XXXX The child support collection agency has been illegally taking money from me pay check. I have filed numerous motions in court and also sent the agency notarized letters requesting proof of this debt. so far the child support agency has taken XXXX dollars from me and have no proving that I owe them any money. I have visited there office and they basically didn’t want to help me. This agency is a fraud they are using the social security number that I have been authorized to use and I have never giving them permission to use it. In fact they continue to track my work by use of this number which is a felony. they are reporting to the credit agency.
