Liberty Debt Solution is Apparently Not Happy With Thomas Lynch and Financial Solutions Service Center

By on September 21, 2018

If anyone knows how to reach Thomas Lynch, I’d love for him to me and send in his side of the story on this case.

You know it’s never good when debt relief industry members wind up suing themselves.

But for now I’ll post these two documents I received and let you read through the complaint filed in Nevada against Thomas Lynch, Henry Davidson, Shane Coffman, Daniel Davidson, Maryana Gomez, Jorge Pereira, Sherman Cocroft, Tony Adams, Financial Solutions Service Center, Phoenix Financial Solutions, Pub Club Leads, and Express Notary Services.

I Need Your Help to Summarize Documents

I’ve been flying humanitarian relief flights all week in the airplane to support flood victims in North Carolina so I can use your help with this story since I’m really short on time.

Can someone please read these two documents sent in and post a summary on the claims made in the comments section while I get back at it and hope Thomas Lynch will me with a response to the suit. I can’t tell who is representing Lynch to them.

Here are two documents I received:

The amended complaint from Clark County, Nevada.

Exhibits filed with the complaint.

Thanks for your help.
