Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX at approximately XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX proceeded to make via skip trace to a phone number of relative. Instead of trying to locate me the informed the individual about my debt, the amount owed and a letter they sent out which I never received. My understanding is that my debt information can not be shared with anyone who is not associated with the account and/or granted permission by me. I have not given any one permission to receive information about this account. After they disclosed confidential information regarding my account they then told the relative that it was against the law to the original debtor which is not true. They continued to fall harass and threatened the relative until the relative ended the call.
