SCAMMERS FROM CALIFORNIA, SCAMMING NATION WIDE, THEY ASK FOR AND REQUIRE MONEY UP FRONT EVEN TAKE PAYMENTS UNTIL YOU PAY WHAT THEY ASK. EVEN THOUGH ON THEIR WEB PAGE DISCLAIMER IT SAYS THEY CANNOT LEGALLY TAKE MONEY UP FRONT. DOES NOT CONTACT LENDER OR YOU. MY FAMILY WAS RIPPED OFF FOR 3600.00 AND WE WILL BE FILING COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. DO NOT BELIEVE REVIEWS OF PEOPLE CLAIMING THEY HELPED THEM SAVE A HOME, THESE ARE PROBABLY PAID REVIEWERS OR THEIR OWN REVIEWERS.

This company is a scam. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY. I’m in the process of filing claims against them for fraud. I called the lender and there’s no record of them ever ing them on my behalf.

So I received an email from this website asking me to reply to this posting. I had a good experience with this company (see below). I am skeptical of anyone who doesn’t at least use their real first name when posting. Is SAG an acronym for your law firm or are you in the acting union or something? This company saved my home, always returned my calls, and got the job done. I suggest you call them and ask them for a refund if you are not happy rather than posting on the web, if this is even a real posting. If you are calling your lender asking them how it’s going, that is like calling the enemy and asking if your side is winning the war, or driving West because you want to see the sun rise. Lenders always lie. Anyone who has dealt with them knows this. The last thing they want is for you to have an expert on your side. If you’re making decisions based on what the mortgage company is telling you, that is not the best strategy.

I hired Melrose Legal in December to help me prevent foreclosure & try to keep my house. My lender kept playing games & telling me I didn’t get all the paperwork in even though I faxed it to them over and over again. While they took longer than expected to get it done, they were able to suspend the foreclosure and get the lender to take the sale date off my home. It turned out to be worth the wait, because they reduced my monthly payment by over $500 and I am now current and in good standing. They always returned my calls and gave me regular updates every month. This turned out to be one of the best investments I’ve ever made. They also saved my neighbor Carol’s home, so I’m not sure what the other people on this blog are talking about. It’s a very good company.

This company does the work and gets results! They told me the lowest they charge is $4k, so how did someone else only pay $3K (fishy story?). I kind of procrastinated and didn’t get them the paperwork they needed to prove my case, because I was going through a lot. They said they have a lot of clients that don’t follow through and get them the documents they need (see below). They threatened to close my file and refund my money, but I finally got them everyting they asked for and they got the job done. I’ve never heard of the other company that James is talking about, but he is claiming that he recognized a guy’s voice from another company that went out of business last year? Really? I wouldn’t remember the voice of the guy who sold me my car last week. How did he recognize someone’s voice a year later (another fishy post). I am guessing he is a competitor trying to ruin a better company’s business. Don’t listen to the noise. I hired them and they saved my home. They have a ton of positive reviews elsewhere online. I would definitely hire them again, but I will never need to, because of the deal they got me.

This company is a total scam stay away. They said they would fix my mortgage and took my money upfront which is illegal. Then I found out that I could not modify a mobile home. After I lost 3000 now they are not taking my calls. I don’t know what to do and I may lose my home!

SCAM! The same sales guy called me and I recognized his voice and emails as they looked exactly the same as Bloom Legal Group who I had hired before. When I told him he never called me back. Total Scam think its the same company for sure

Not a scam. I didn’t have to pay upfront and they stayed in with me the whole time. I felt comfortable and was happy with the outcome I got. Please free to me and ask me anything you would like, thank you. I would like to help spread the word about a legit company that finally does as they say.
