Consumer Complaint: I have been in communication with FCO. They are very uncooperative and make things very confusing, on purpose. We had make an arrangement for a debt to be settled as in full. Payment was made and cleared. Now they will just report as a settlement and not in full as they stated in their email.
This company is very unethical and uses words to confuse the average consumer. I am very unhappy with their sneaky ways.
The payment was made from two accounts on XX/XX/XXXX and cleared both accounts on XX/XX/XXXX. Attached is the communication between FCO and myself.
