Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/17, I sent a certified letter to ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX, in regards to an alleged debt that I owe. I do n’t recognize this debt. Pursuant to the FDCPA Section 809, I requested that they send me a written validation of the debt. I received a letter back, showing a total of 3 different accounts from XXXX of Nevada, I have no idea who they are!!! I asked them for written validation of the debt reporting on my credit bureaus for {$36.00}. Now this letter is showing 3 accounts, {$36.00}, {$19.00} and {$19.00}, the letter states all 3 accounts are delinquent and may have been reported to the credit bureaus. I still have n’t received the written validation for the alleged debts. In addition, ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported this alleged debt of {$36.00} to the credit bureaus without allowing me the opportunity to dispute the debt or providing evidence that they are the legal owners of the debt.
