Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) has been notified several times that the cosigner ( father : me ) wishes his name to be removed from legal obligation on the contract of my son ‘s college private loan. The loan in question is dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX with an outstanding balance in excess of {$8000.00}. He graduated in XXXX, XXXX and has met or exceeded his payment obligations every month since then. He is now married and has a joint income of more than {$120000.00} ; his personal income exceeds $ XXXX/annually. Clearly, he is able to meet his own obligations relative to educational loans.

I have ed American Education Services ( AES ) numerous times. AES ed XXXX in XXXX, XXXX and in XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, XXXX. All s have received no responses.
My complaint is with XXXX. Not with AES.
