Consumer Complaint: Hello, I received my credit report from all 3 credit bureaus after being denied for credit. To my dismay I was quite frankly shocked to see that Care credit with XXXX XXXX had an account on there with my name. I sent them a debt validation letter asking for the signed contract or my signature. What they sent to me was a letter simply stating they verified the debt as accurate and that it’s mine. I have no knowledge of this debt at all. They are reporting wrong information on my credit reports. This is not my debt and they have not validated it as mine with any sort of proof or documentation proving it is mine.
