Consumer Complaint: A few weeks ago, this agency called XXXX XXXX XXXX ed me about some medical debt I owed. I told them I was invoking FDCPA, that they could not call me going forward, and to send the information. They stated I had to put the request in writing. I told them that FDCPA can be invoked by phone or in writing. They supposedly relented and agreed to send the information. I did get that information.

On XXXX XXXX 2018, this agency called my number again stating my wife had medical debt. They violated FDCPA by ing my number AGAIN despite my previous invocation of FDCPA.
