previously i received information from other borrowers accounts in addition XXXX XXXX XXXX was unable to correctly count the number of payments i had made.
i submitted paperwork certifying my employment for a qualifying public loan forgiveness institution and received notification it was accepted on XX/XX/XXXX for the dates XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX, during this time i made a payment every month. 14 months, 14 payments. XXXX XXXX XXXX only recorded 2 payments.
