Consumer Complaint: XXXX, my account representative at ACR continues to call my work number to get a hold of me even though I gave him my personal phone number. One of the coworkers was instructed by my manager to tell him to stop calling the company and he responded with ” I will continue to call, today, the next day and the next day ” My manager called him and explained to him that he needs to stop calling and he responded with saying that he wo n’t stop and that I should be fired for having collectors call my job and that he would not allow employees to get personal calls at work and that I must be a terrible employee who needs to get fired.
I, my manager and coworkers have already let him know he can not call my work as he does have other ways of reaching me such as phone and email.
