The document indicated it can be done for free but did n’t provide information as to who the lender who be or new finance company. After speaking with XXXX they said the services are free and Equitable Acceptance is charging me a total of XXXX for the service.Also, I ‘ve been in school the entire time ; therefore, my loans are in deferment but yet Equitable Acceptance continue to withdraw money from my account. Equitable Acceptance requested my XXXX card information over the phone failed to provide proper paper work.
