Consumer Complaint: I have sent letters requesting these ” debts ” to be verified and they have not responded then today I do a compare between my reports and the same ” debt ” is showing up with two different company names and one will show Open and is a Charge Off then the same account with a different name will show Open Refinanced or Renewed this shows on all four which I have attached screenshots of. I have NEVER spoken with this company to ” Refinance ” anything seeing how my ONLY correspondence was sending them letters asking for Validation from Central Financial Control I have even less idea who Syndicated Offices are. How can two differently named companies be on my report for the same ” un-validated debt ”
