Consumer Complaint: This item from XXXX XXXX XXXX first appeared on my credit report in 2015 by another collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX it was found not belong to me so the item was deleted. I recently received a copy of my credit report and noticed that AFNI was on my credit report for the same account that was deleted in 2015. AFNI has yet to provide me with legal documentation showing this debt belongs to me. I do n’t want a letter attached with a bill I want a contract with my signature and identity attached
