Consumer Complaint: I ordered all XXXX credit reports to check my credit I needed a loan and they were saying that my scores were too low. After receiving the report I found many accounts under my ssn but I had received a letter from Office of Personal Management stating that their computers had been hacked then my husband was killed and a Bankruptcy was filed. I was in no way able to function because of this. on XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to Wal-mart asking them to send me Pursuant to the the Fair debt collection Practices Act. ” validation ” that is competent evidence bearing my signature on the contract. I asked that they get back to me within 30 days and for them to the credit reporting agencies that I was disputing this. I was not ed within the 30 days and it was not reported on my credit report as being disputed. I sent a second letter on XX/XX/XXXX and again XX/XX/XXXX . They never sent and thing except a letter saying they had transferred the account to a different company. The letter were all certified and with return receipt requested which I received. I XX/XX/XXXX I got a new credit report still wal-mart had not reported the card disputed. on XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to all XXXX credit reporting agencies asking for the same information at that time a dispute was put on the account but they did not not send me any information for 60 day under the FDRC they only have 30 day when i got the letters back the simply said it was validated. who Validated it and how was it validated? I have asked 4 ti me for the information and they will not send it to me. If they do not have a contract with my signature on it then it is not mine and I want it removed from my credit account.
